Four steps from your price list to a decision you can defend

Load what you pay today, send one RFx, and see every line against it. Switch where it saves, hold where your price is already the best, and push back with a target when it is not.

01

Know your baseline before you publish

Upload your price list or invoices. SourceIQ matches every line to the catalogue and shows the value, the categories and the vendors already mapped to them, before a single vendor sees the event.

  • Baseline value and lines without a price
  • Largest lines and category mix
  • Vendors suggested by category, country and scorecard
Before you publish: lines, baseline value, category mix and vendors mapped
02

Compare every bid against what you pay

Bids come back line by line, side by side with your current price. You see who is lowest on each line, the gap to today and the total if you award by line or by vendor.

  • Lowest bid per line, ranked
  • Every price against today's price, in AED and %
  • Award by line, by vendor or by scenario

03

See the whole event in one screen

Round by round, by category, by entity and line by line. Green is a saving, red is above what you pay today. Click any number to see the lines behind it.

  • Where each round lands against today
  • Each category scored against today = 100
  • Every line on one map: value against gap
RFx stats: rounds against today, category index, tiles
04

Switch, hold, or send a target

SourceIQ does not push you to switch. If the market is above you, it says so and gives you the target to send back. If a price was already won in another event, you can move to it without running a new one.

  • Target price per line, sent back to the vendor
  • Switch to a price already won on the platform
  • Award becomes a contract or a rate card, then a PO
