The procurement process, in the order you run it

It starts with the vendor and ends with the data that makes the next event better. Eight steps, one data model, every step linked to the one before.

01
Vendor registration

Vendors register once and answer the pre qualification questionnaire with evidence

Trade licence, VAT, food safety, insurance, bank details and references, uploaded once with expiry dates. Your team verifies and scores; the band decides which events a vendor can be invited to. Seven criteria, twenty to thirty generic questions, your own on top.

Vendor scorecard

Performance measured from what actually happened, not from a yearly form

Every PO, goods receipt and invoice feeds the scorecard: on time in full, spec compliance, documents, service. Buyers rate deliveries on a 1 to 10 scale from a random sample of POs. Bands with actions: grow, hold, corrective plan, exit.

From award to invoice, every step approved and logged

Awards route through the DOA chain, become purchase orders and contracts, deliveries are received against the PO, invoices are matched three ways, and every change is in the audit trail with who, when, before and after.

See what you pay, what other buyers pay for the same item, and why you are above

Built from matched invoices: purchases, savings, price health by category, site and vendor. Every item against the band of other buyers, with price vs volume, inflation in the origin country and the GPO contract price when one exists. Every number drills to the invoice.

Sourcing strategy

Every item on one matrix: how much you buy, how far you are from the market

The Source Index places each item by annual volume and by the gap between your price and what other buyers pay. The quadrant tells you the play: run an RFx or auction where volume and gap are both high, lock a contract and earn the rebate where you already buy well, move to a GPO contract where volume is small but the gap is big, and keep the tail on the catalogue with a rate card or a quick quote.

The award becomes a contract the sites can buy on, with the price locked

Term, prices, validity and eligible sites, renewal alerts, PO on click at contract price, rebates accrued against it. The contract price shows wherever the item appears, including in your ordering platform if connected.

One platform

Three ways to buy. One record of what you paid.

Run an RFx, raise a PO from the catalogue, or order on the order platform. The same SKU can come from a vendor listing, a GPO rate, an RFx price or a contract; SourceIQ shows the best one for your quantity and keeps every order, receipt and invoice in one place.

Purchase ordersEvery PO shows how it was made: catalogue, order platform, RFx, contract or GPO.

For SMEs

Order like a group, without joining one

  • One cart, every supplier. Search once, see each supplier's price, delivery day and minimum order, and send one PO per supplier.
  • The best price for your quantity. Volume breaks, GPO rates, RFx prices and contracts side by side for the same SKU.
  • An order guide that remembers. Reorder last week in two clicks; price increases are flagged before you order.
  • Deals that pay you back. Activate cashback from manufacturers and see it land on your account.
  • Proof of every saving. Each PO records how it was priced, so the saving holds up in front of finance.
For vendors

Be found, be chosen, see what it returns

  • Your catalogue in front of every buyer. List once; your products show on the catalogue and the order platform.
  • Promoted placements and banners. Pay for top of search or a banner, by click, by thousand views or by the week.
  • The full funnel. Impressions, clicks, product views, add to cart and orders, with click through rate and conversion.
  • What each dirham returns. Spend per GPV, spend per rebate, cost per order and new buyers won.
  • Fair competition. You see where your price sits in the range, never another vendor's name.

Your prices stay yours

Buyers, vendors and buying groups share one platform without seeing what they should not.

Vendors never see each other's pricesBids are sealed until award. Benchmarks are anonymised and need four or more sellers.
Roles and approvalsAccess by role, outlet and budget, with a DOA matrix from requester to CFO.
Full audit trailEvery price, bid, approval and change is logged with who and when.
Members' data stays separateA GPO sees programme totals; each member sees only its own spend.
